Email Filter
We all face problem with Spam mail so AzureDesk provides Email Filters. Email Filters block all unwanted Incoming Mail, which creates unwanted tickets in the system.
For E.g.:- frentl@otnrdmp.com.jp is sending continuously mails to the User.

When frentl@otnrdmp.com.jp is added in Email Filters, mail will not be received by the User, hence saving all the unwanted efforts.
