Knowledge Base is Users FAQ {Frequently Asked Question.}. Knowledge Base helps Users to answer Customer Doubts & Query Directly without the interaction of an Agent.
For E.g.:- A User is been asked a Question repeatedly he can include that Question & Answer in the Knowledge Base.
When the User clicks the Question will be posted in the Knowledge Base.
If the User select “Yes” the Question will be displayed in Support Centre
If the User select “No” then the Question will not be displayed in Support Centre.
“Knowledge Question Posted” message will be displayed once the Question is posted.
