Time Zone makes Azure Desk to cater Globally.
A user can set Time Zone as per the Regional location & all the ticketing activities will display in their timezone.
In order to set time Zone navigate to Admin Menu --> Settings --> Time Zone --> Select the Time Zone & Click on Save Changes.
NOTE:- By Default Time Zone selected is EST (US & Canada)
Let's take an example where 2 different Agents are working on the same tickets at the same time but in different time zone & if user notices their comment timings; than they are displayed in according to their selected time zone for their AzureDesk login.
