Search Page of AzureDesk
Search of AzureDesk helps to search the data in all possible permutations & combinations. It searches right from the very first key stroke which makes it easier for the user to filter the search & also save lots of time in getting the correct information.
1. User can view Recently created tickets first on search page & oldest created last when filter with Recently Created
Note :- Similarly user can filter with Oldest created & will see old tickets on top & new tickets later on the search page
2. Filtering the Search by the tickets created through timeline - User can filter the search of tickets based on Past day, week, month & go up till a year.
When filtered through past day the result will show all the Tickets created form Past Day till Present time
Similarly for Past Week User shall have all the Tickets created from Past Week till Present Time.
3. User can also search for a word in the comments from the comment logs
For Example:-
Ticket Created with its Comment in Comments Log.
User has an idea that the meeting is to be set but have forgotten the Customer & its Details, than he can use the “Meeting” to search on the Dynamic Search Page & gets it all the Information regarding it
The User can click on the Ticket no & get the necessary details required.

* User can search on the basis of Ticket Type
* User can search on the basis of Ticket Status
* User can search on the basis of Ticket Priority
* User can search on the basis of Tags
* User can search on the basis of Group
* User can search on the basis of Assignee
