    What is Ticket Fields?

    Tickets fields are custom fields or personalised fields that can be used to add more information in the ticket.

    How to Create Tickets Fields.

    Navigate to Admin Panel Custom Fields under Team. 

    Click on New to Add Ticket Fields, Select the Option from {Check Box, Combo Box & Text Box} then Click on the Download button.

    The Default value of Internal Field is "False."

    Show in Report: - Allows the Agent to add the Ticket Fields to Data Export in Reporting/Dashboard.

    For Ex: - We Click on the Combo Box & then the Download Button.  

     Change the Name of the New Combo Box to “Versions” & Add “List Values” Version 1.01, Version 1.02, & Version 1.03

    Internal Field {Visible to Team Members Only}: - If we check the Check Box it will be visible to your Team Members only.

    Show in Report: - If we check the Check Box Customer will be able to generate report using Ticket Fields.

    Click Save

    Similarly for Text Box & Check Box also

    To See the Combo Box you created Navigate to Display Ticket Page on Left Side Menu Bar by Clicking on the Home Icon.

    Open any Ticket on the Left Side at the Bottom you shall have the Combo Box as name Version. 

    All the Ticket Fields are displayed in Ticket Management irrespective of “True” or ”False” Option.

    If the Agent has set the attribute as “False” it will be show to Customer & can be used.

    If the Agent has set “True” in Show In Report Customer will be able to generate report using Ticket Fields.
