    Reporting in AzureDesk makes it simple to measure the metrics.

    Metrics like Tickets per Agent, Tickets per Customer, Average Response time everything is available at a glance.

    Reports in AzureDesk answers all your questions when required. It gives you summary of all the metrics at just one glance.




    Charts --> Charts represents a graphical presentation of all the metrics available.


    Dashboard

    Dashboard provides you with filter use to set the filter dates to drill down the details.  As per the set filter dates data for all the metrics will be displayed 

    Set filter is 1 June - 30 September
