Agent Signature option is available where user can set the signature which is available only for Notes to Customers options & signature will be displayed in the ticket management as well as email that customer will receive from the Notes to Customers message.

Agent signature has for variable options : Full name, First name, Last Name & Email

User can select  one or more of the following variable and can also add its own content if required. & create signature.

Once the signature is set up it will be displayed in Notes to Customers text box.
